Spice Up Your Diet With Good Nutrition Choices
Good nutrition choices come about as an opportunity to expand your range of choices by trying a variety of foods—especially vegetables, grains, or fruits—that you don't normally eat.
The advantage to this is that you get enough of the essential nutrients you need, and eat only enough calories to maintain a desirable weight.A healthy diet doesn't have to mean eating foods that are bland or unappealing. I've travelled and lived outside the United States and I loved eating different ethnic foods, especially African and Mediterranean. You've got a surprise in store.
