Your Home-Spa Day
Allow yourself to awake naturally without an alarm clock. Lie in
bed at least 15 minutes and meditate. When you arise, splash cool
water on your face and pat dry.

exercises. When we exercise hopefully, we perspire. The skin has millions of pores
from which flow constantly a stream of poisons from the disintegration

and stomach muscles strong. Walk a minimum of 20 minutes or a
