At the top of women's health issues is Women's Sexual Health. Female sexuality is the sexual makeup of the female, an expression of personality, sex drive, sexual role and other qualities.
Too often, women's sexual health is defined by the opposite sex.
Unfortunately, many times the male sex does not know enough about
Female sexuality to give a reasonable explanation for many
of the problems concerning female sex health.
Then too, men may pass the buck on to the female when the problem
with sex lies with them.
Even some male doctors are not knowledgeable enough in the makeup of
a female to know about sexual enhancement, what stimulates them,
thereby resulting in the female being termed as frigid.
Women's Health Care
Women's health care is determined by the way we care for our own bodies.
We spend enormous amounts of time caring for other people but do not
put enough time into our own needs.
Poor women's sexual health is often the result of the female simply
neglecting to pay attention to her own health care.
Good sex health comes from us loving and respecting our bodies, not
abusing them with drugs and alcohol. It means not stuffing them with
processed foods laced with chemical additives.
Women's health care decree that we not soak our lungs with tar and nicotine, let our muscles get flabby from lack of exercise, or punish our hearts with fat-loaded diets. Though our culture does not "force" us to make poor choices, it does create an atmosphere in which we are are strongly encouraged to make poor choices, thereby resulting in poor sexual health.
